Six weeks to become someone who actually stays in touch.
A live program for people whose next job, client, or big break is going to come
from someone who already knows them. Tuesday you plan it. Thursday you send it
— with the room watching.

Why now
Relationships have always been how this works. Everything else stopped.
Cold email, mass marketing, follower counts, online reviews — when anyone
can send a million perfect messages for the price of a crappy coffee, the response
rate on all of it goes to zero. Two things survive. Algorithms,
which give people exactly what they asked for. And trusted humans,
who give them the thing they'd never have thought to ask for.
So the most valuable thing you own is the short list of people who know, like, and
trust you. Most of them would genuinely be glad to hear from you.
Here's the problem. They're drowning in the same flood. If you're not deliberate
about staying in front of them, you disappear — not because they're mad at
you. They simply forgot.
And every month you wait, a few more of them forget.
Which relationships
The ones your job, your business and your life actually run on.
ClientsPast ones who'd hire you again. Current ones who'd refer you. The ones who
went quiet for no particular reason.
ColleaguesThe people you worked with two jobs ago. They hear about the role before
it's posted, and they're asked who's good before you are.
CollaboratorsPartners, vendors, the people you'd build something with. Almost all of them
start as someone you simply kept in touch with.
CommunityYour industry, your neighbours, the people you just like. The ones who make
a place feel like yours.
Romantic partnersWe are spectacularly unqualified here. Six weeks with us and you'll be great
at restarting a conversation with a former client. Your dating life will be exactly
where you left it.
You don't have an information problem.
“I know exactly who I should reach out to. I've known for about a year.”
“It's been too long. If I message them out of nowhere it'll be weird.”
“I've got a CRM. I haven't opened it in five months.”
“I only ever reach out when I need something, and I hate that about myself.”
“I did a whole course on this. I've still got the notes somewhere.”
You have LinkedIn connections you've never spoken to, past clients you meant to
circle back with in March, and a phone full of people you genuinely like and never
text. Somewhere in there is your next job, your next client, your next introduction
— and the best dinner you'll have this year.
You know you should reach out. You know roughly what to say. AI will draft the
message in four seconds. You still won't send it.
Knowing was never the missing piece. Doing is. That's the part we built this around.
How it works
Two live sessions a week. Zvi in every one.
1
Plan
Tuesday · 60 minutes
One idea, taught right before you need it. Then you decide exactly who you're
reaching out to this week and what you're going to say. Not “some past
clients.” Names.
2
Act
Thursday · 60 minutes
Everyone opens their phone at the same time and sends. Live, on camera, with the
room watching. You don't leave until you've hit send.
3
In between
About an hour on your own
A small room that notices whether you did it. Zvi checks in with you personally
along the way — and if you're stuck, you can reach him directly.
A room of thirty doing the same hard thing at the same time.
Which is the entire reason it works.
Is this for you?
Only one qualification, really.
Yes, if
You already know that relationships are important, and you want to
do something about it.
Which usually looks like:
Your next step — the job, the client, the deal, the intro — is going to come from someone who already knows you
You can name three people right now you've been meaning to reach out to
You'd rather actually do this than learn about it one more time
No, if
You want a lead-gen hack or an automation stack
You want another course to not finish
What you'll get good at
Knowing who's actually in your world. And who you'd genuinely be glad to hear from.
Reaching out when it's been far too long. The three-year silence. The ghosted client. There is always an exact sentence, and you'll have it.
Being of value instead of “following up.”Nobody wants another check-in.
Sounding like yourself. The opposite of a vanilla professional sending vanilla junk.
Making the ask.Specific, time-boxed, with an easy out — and why never asking is the unkind option.
Giving introductions that feel like gifts.Bad ones feel like tricks, and both spend someone else's trust.
Building a system that survives a busy month.About an hour a week, in the calendar, defended.
Using AI without outsourcing yourself.Where your line is, and how to hold it.
Hosting. The highest-leverage thing most people never get around to doing.
The season
Six weeks.
Each week teaches one idea, installs one habit, and ends with you having actually
sent something.
Week 1
Know what you're building, and what's stopping you
Two questions almost everyone skips. What are you actually trying to do —
yours, not your company's? And who is that with? Who do you want to run into at
the grocery store? Skip this and you either carpet-bomb everyone you've ever met,
or fill your calendar with calls that drain you.
Then we name what's actually stopping you. It's always fear or time wearing a
costume. Naming it out loud in week one is what makes it possible to walk through
it in week six.
You'll send: messages to people you're genuinely glad
to hear from. No shop talk. Breaking the seal is the point.
Week 2
Get your database in order
Prioritize, don't organize. Sort your world A/B/C by feeling rather than by
value — A is love, B is like, C is don't know or don't care. The Grocery
Store Test. The 30-minute call test: if they replied and it became half an hour on
the phone, would you be glad? Software can tell you when it's time to reach out;
only your gut knows whether you want to.
You'll send: a live sort sprint — twenty contacts
in five minutes, not five in twenty — then three scrollbacks. Scroll
back through an old thread, find someone you've gone quiet on, say something human.
Week 3
Build the weekly system
The Hour of Power. Habit stacking. Capacity math, because future-you is far less
reliable than right-now-you. If it's not scheduled, it's not getting done.
You'll send: an Hour of Power compressed into thirty
minutes, the whole room working at once. You leave with the block in your calendar
and the proof in the chat.
Week 4
Sound like yourself
Don't follow up — add value. Meaningful, relevant, valuable. NNTR
(“no need to reply”), because obligation is the enemy of enthusiasm.
Most people are vanilla professionals sending vanilla junk; the thing that makes
you worth hearing from is the one thing no machine can generate for you. You'll
build one value payload — your trusted-vendor list, your favorite books,
your hot sauce rankings.
You'll send: value touches, live — including a
delayed-gratitude message to someone who helped you a year ago and never heard
about it.
Week 5
Put AI to work without outsourcing yourself
Now that you're actually doing the reps, make them sustainable. The admin of
caring goes to the machine; the caring never does. A recorder that takes the notes
so you can look people in the eye. A second brain that remembers what they told
you. AI suggests — you decide.
Then your lines, because everyone needs their own: you press send. Nobody
impersonates you. And “would I ever actually write this?”
Plus the red line most people miss — you should still be the bottleneck.
Before you scale anything, ask what happens if half of them reply.
You'll send: AI-assisted messages you've edited back
into your own voice. And you'll write your two lists — I will…
and I will never let AI…
Week 6
The things you didn't think you could do
The last week is the one people remember. Three moves, each harder than the last,
and every one of them something you've been telling yourself you can't do.
The message you've been avoiding. Not an easy reconnect —
the one with weight on it. The ghosted client. The relationship that went bumpy.
The silence that got long enough to feel permanent. You'll write it, name the
feeling out loud, count down from five, and send it while the room watches. This
is the session people still talk about years later.
The ask. Specific, time-boxed, with a baked-in out. People
genuinely want to help, and never asking robs them of the chance.
The invitation. Hosting manufactures the shared experience, and
the event itself is the gift. Minimum viable hosting — “nothing fancy,
you in?” Venue and food are 5%; showing up is 95%.
You'll send: all three, live. Then you go and host the
thing. Thirty days later everyone comes back to tell the story.
Where you'll be on day 43
Not just knowing what to do. Having done it.
You know exactly who's in your world, sorted by who you'd be glad to hear from
There's a weekly hour in your calendar, and you've already kept it six times
Relationships that had gone quiet are open again — including at least one you'd been avoiding
You've made an ask, given an introduction, and put a gathering on the calendar with your name on it
AI is helping you maintain all of it without pretending to be you
How many people that adds up to is different for everyone, and it isn't the point.
The point is you'll have real ways of staying close to the relationships that matter
— and you'll have already used them.
“I knew I had to be reaching out to my database. I knew I should be… and it was too intimidating for me to even start looking at it.”
“You broke it down into manageable chunks starting with week one, which is those two little tasks, and then building upon that week after week.”
“It never felt threatening. It starts out slow… it builds, but it doesn't build to a place that you feel overwhelmed.”
“Even if I just spend 15 minutes a day in it, the return is phenomenal.”
“No longer am I making 100 calls a day.”
“It's so simple. And the way it started, you just easily get into it. But there's so many habits… there are so many things I just do on a daily basis now.”
“Doing little things each day bled out into other areas of my life… when you're interacting with people on your path, at the store, on the street, when you see your neighbors, they're interacting with a you that is like less stress and less pressure, because you know you're doing the things you've never done before.”
“I was able to reach out to some people I hadn't spoken to in quite a while… I actually got several deals that are worth over $5 million.”
“The question was whether [the program] would result in one extra transaction in the year. The answer is yes. It's actually added up to more than one extra transaction.”
“I have now a list of referrals that I would pretty much say directly came from [the program]… I've gotten five in the last maybe like three to four weeks.”
“My business started multiplying. I've got a pipeline. I've got deals in the works.”
“This is not something that you can just say, yeah, yeah, I'm here. Go to a meeting and listen to the Zoom. It's your career, it's your investment. It's an investment in yourself.”
Those are their results, not a forecast of yours. We'll promise you the
work. Not the revenue.

Zvi Band.
Fifteen years building tools and coaching around human connection. Also a former
extreme introvert who once seriously considered going home every weekend of his
freshman year to avoid talking to people. Everything he teaches is something he
needed first.

What it costs
That's Season One pricing, and it covers everything.
$850nothing else to buy
Twelve live sessions, Zvi in every one
Personal check-ins, and direct access to Zvi and the team during the program and after
A room of thirty people doing the same hard thing at the same time
The exact sentences to send each week, ready to copy and paste
The 30-day window afterward, plus the reunion call
30 seats only!
Nothing else to buy, and nothing held back for an upsell at the end.
The math isn't complicated. If one reconnected relationship turns into one piece of
work, one referral, or one introduction that mattered, this paid for itself several
times over. That's not a promise. It's arithmetic you can do yourself.
Fill in the application form — about four minutes. We'll ask what you do, where your
opportunities come from, what your story is, and one name you've been meaning to reach
out to.
We talk for fifteen minutes. This is a real two-way conversation: we're
checking that you're ready to do the work, and you're checking that you actually want
to spend six weeks doing this. If it's not the right fit, we'll say so, and why.
If it is, you'll get a payment link within a couple of days. Your seat is
confirmed when you pay.

Questions
Before you ask.
Is this another course?
No. Courses leave you with notes. This leaves you with evidence —
conversations restarted, relationships reopened, a gathering on the calendar. The
teaching is deliberately thin and arrives right before you use it.
What's the time commitment?
60 minutes Tuesday, 60 minutes Thursday, about an hour on your own. That's it,
and we mean it. When we say three outreaches, we mean three.
I'm slammed right now. Can I catch the next one?
There isn't a next one scheduled. And “I'll do it when things calm
down” is the exact sentence this program exists to retire — the whole
thing is built to fit inside three hours a week, because that's all anyone actually
has.
Can't AI just do this for me?
It can draft. It can't send, and it can't be you. AI has already removed every
logistical excuse and you still haven't reached out — which tells you where
the problem actually is. Week 5 puts it to work properly.
Will this get me clients?
We promise the work, not the revenue. If one reconnected relationship turns into
one piece of business, the math takes care of itself — but nobody here will
put a number on it.
What if I'm an introvert?
Excellent company. Zvi is a former extreme introvert who built all of this
because he needed it. Introversion isn't the obstacle; it's most of the reason the
structure exists.
What if I miss a session?
Everything's recorded. But if you'll miss more than one or two, this isn't your
season — better to say so on the call than find out in week three.
Season One
You've been meaning to do this for about a year.
Six weeks from now, you'll either have done it — or you'll have another reason
it wasn't the right time.
